The conference will be held at Arken, the Faculty of Arts building of Åbo Akademi University, address: Tehtaankatu/Fabriksgatan 2, 20520 Turku/Åbo. The closest landmark is Turku Cathedral. Arken is located within a five-minute walking distance from the cathedral.

Reception desk: The reception desk is located in the Arken building.

Instructions for presenters: The PowerPoint slides for the presentations are to be delivered for uploading to the room where the presentation takes place on a USB stick at least 15 minutes before the session begins. Conference assistants will advise you on uploading your presentation. The time allocated for each presentation is 30 minutes (20 minutes presentation and 10 minutes discussion).
